Before you get into the exciting part (you know, picking and purchasing your brand new crystals and giftware) please read through these terms and conditions carefully. Disclaimer
- This website and its contents are provided for you on an 'as is' basis;
- Information on this site may contain typographical errors, technical inaccuracies or other errors and may not be accurate, complete or current;
- Any information published on this website should be considered general opinions only and should not be taken as definitive or exhaustive, nor is such information or answers intended to be advice for any specific issues you may have. All information and insights given on our website and shop are general in nature. It is considered a complement but NOT a substitute for professional medical help or advice should you know or suspect you have a medical problem. This includes all information given in phone calls, SMS, email, page text, images and so on;
- Crystals are natural, often delicate products. It is not uncommon for small breaks, chips or like damage to occur. This can result in sharp edges and/or small stone or crystal shards breaking away from the product. Handle all products with care and common sense. We are not responsible or liable for any injuries that occur when handling our products.
- We are not liable for any misuse of our products, or any injuries or breakages that occur as a result of misusing our products
- Please allow a 1-3mm and 1-5gram allowance for error with the measurements of our products
- Colours may not be exact depending on your computers settings. Please allow for some slight variation.
Products & Pricing
All products are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD/AU$). We charge flat rate standard and express shipping, selected and added as an extra charge during the checkout process. Free standard shipping on orders over $399. Please refer to our Shipping page for pricing.
Placing Orders/ Paying for Orders
Please place you order using the online checkout on our website. If you have any questions about placing orders, please feel free to use the 'Contact' form to ask us about your query and we will get back to you ASAP. The following options can be used to pay for your order:
- Direct Deposit
We plan to add more ways to pay in the future, but for now we can only offer direct deposit (instead of using dodgy, unreliable and greedy third-party companies with outrageously high processing fees. This should make it more economical for everyone). We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope this does not affect the enjoyment of placing your order!
We will not consider stock to be sold or an order to be placed until full payment of said order has cleared.
NOTE: Adding a product to your shopping cart does NOT guarantee that item to be yours. Until the checkout process is complete, products are free to be purchased by other customers.
Shipping Info/Delivery Costs
Please refer to our 'Shipping' page for info on shipping times, shipping rates and any other info and FAQ's related to shipping.
Order Processing
Orders we receive from you will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of your payment clearing. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your parcel once it leaves our hands. However, there a few exceptions, namely:
- If you place an order after 5pm on Friday, your order will not be processed until the following Monday, provided payment has cleared
- If an unforeseen issue has occurred with your order. This is extremely rare. If this does occur, we will be in touch with you to get this issue sorted ASAP
- An event occurs that is out of our control but disrupts order times, such as an unexpected network outage
- Natural Disasters
- Illness or unforeseen personal situations that delay us from processing your order
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
We do NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges for 'changing your mind'. All products are sold 'as is' and sales are final unless there is a fault with the items in question. This includes the extremely unlikely chance we have misrepresented an item when selling it, if damage occurs during shipping (Due to a fault in our packing or failure to inform the customer of the delicate nature of the item) or the item is lost in transit. If the item is lost, we will try to resolve the issue with Australia Post before providing a refund. Please notify us within three days of receiving your order if you would like to request a refund. You will be asked to email us pictures of the broken products as proof before a refund is issued.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Natural products such as crystal clusters are delicate by nature. It is not uncommon for small crystal points to break away from the clusters. Due to the crystals nature, we do not consider finding a few broken points loose within your parcel to be 'breakage'. Nor does small amounts of mineral powder/dust/sand count as a breakage. These are natural occurrences with natural products such as these, and often have no aesthetic impact on the pieces in question. Please consider this before contacting us about 'breakages' within your order.
