Where do we ship? 

Currently we only offer shipping within Australia. We do not accept international orders. Sorry for any inconvenience. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Note: Once the parcel leaves our hands, we take no responsibility for how long Australia Post takes to get your parcel to you. This is simply not something we have any control over. Thank you for your understanding.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Your order will typically be shipped 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment has cleared. However, though rare, this timeframe may be delayed due to unforeseen issues beyond our control, such as:

  • Unforeseen issues with your order. We will contact you if this is the case to get the issues sorted as soon as they become apparent
  • Natural disasters
  • Serious personal disruptions (e.g. Death in the family, illness)
  • Technical issues beyond our control (e.g. Power Outages, Network Outages, Server Outages)

Though it is extremely unlikely for any of these things to occur, it is not impossible. We thank you for your patience and understanding in the event this does happen. If any of these things do occur, we will work hard to get your order sent ASAP.

Note: Any orders placed after 5pm Friday will not be processed until the following Monday, provided payment has cleared.

Will I get a tracking number with my order?

Yes, all orders will be shipped with a tracking number. You should receive this tracking number via email. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us.

Once shipped, you’ll be able to track your package, receive estimated delivery dates and request that it be left in a safe place using the AusPost app or your MyPost account. Parcels can also be tracked on the Australia Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates.

Shipping Rates

We ship with Australia Post, using flat rate shipping for orders under 5kg with regular and express post options. You will be asked to select if you want regular or express post during the checkout process, and the applicable charge will be added to the cost of your items. We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $399. Our flat rate charges are as follows:

  • Regular Parcel Post: $15
  • Express Parcel Post: $19
  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $399

Thinking of ordering some lovely gifts for Christmas? Please ensure you place any Christmas orders by Midnight December 12th. Any orders placed after this date and time can not be guaranteed to arrive on time for Christmas.
